Shipment Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Large or wholesale orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • Items that are on backorder will be shipped out as soon as they become available. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
  • Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm EST or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
  • Expedited shipping (UPS 2 day Air) does NOT include processing times. You will receive your order 2 business days from when it is shipped out, not the date the order was placed.
  • You will receive your tracking info from UPS, via email – please check your spam box if you do not see it in your inbox.
