I often have my patients do the following 90-day protocol:
- 2-5 consecutive days a week take NAD+Max™ Ultra in the morning upon waking. (Best if practicing intermittent fasting & skipping breakfast, but not necessary) .
- Use NeuroNAD™ Vertical Spray 2-3 times a day using 2 veils of mist. (The Vertical Spray can also be done fasting or feeding)
- Lucitol can be taken on 1-2 days following NAD+ administration to assist in clearing senescent cell

What Is The Difference Between Cold Shipping & Regular Shipping?
Cold shipping is necessary in the summer months, as some of our products can melt in extreme heat. Products are packed in a cooler with ice packs, arrive in 2 days and costs $40.
