Lumetol Blue™ Bars contain either 40 or 180mg of Methylene Blue and a variety of polyphenols that have photoactive properties. Lumetol Blue™ Bars are to be taken orally. They are NOT a troche and are taken by placing it in the back of the mouth and drinking it down with a liquid so as not to have a blue mouth. Contains vitamins C & Key synergistic Photosensitive nutrients (Phycocyanin, Curcumin, Quercetin, Riboflavin, EGCG & Lutein).
