Dosage and Storage Instructions: Suggested dosage is 1 (one) bullet 30 minutes before bed.
You might need to become accustomed to the high melatonin dosing so start with 1/2 and work up to it. If you feel groggy go get in the sunlight in the morning as melatonin plus light especially in the eyes you wont be tired.
