Dosage
Apply to your finger then dab onto the desired point on your body. Root Zen can be taken multiple times a day. Use Root Zen when your looking for an alert and grounding effect. Prior to breath work sessions, yoga, work outs, meditation. Use care in application of Root Zen such as not to apply to the genitals or anus. Root Zen is also great to apply to the sides of your nose just above the entires in the crease. This acupoint when activated opens up the nasal airways very nicely. Use a dabbing motion with your finger and not a swiping motion.

What Is The Difference Between Cold Shipping & Regular Shipping?
Cold shipping is necessary in the summer months, as some of our products can melt in extreme heat. Products are packed in a cooler with ice packs, arrive in 2 days and costs $40.
Regular shipping will take 3-5 days and is $8.
