Dosage and Storage Instructions
Suggested dosage is 5-15ml in the evening before bed. Best to place the Liposomal solution into a flavored beverage of your choice such as lemon water or a stevia flavored drink.
You might need to become accustomed to the high melatonin dosing, so start with a much lesser dose and work up to it. If you feel groggy, get in the sunlight in the morning. Melatonin, plus light (especially in the eyes), should improve this situation.
