  • We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days after receipt to replace damaged goods.
  • The goods must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure your order number is included on the packaging.
  • Upon receipt of the return we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

At this time, we do not offer methylene blue as a standalone product. However, it is included in some of our formulations, such as Lumetol Blue Bars. Shipping & Refunds

We do offer international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Shipping fees and import regulations vary by country, and customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their location.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Customs processing times are outside of our control and may occasionally delay delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are typically processed on the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: • Processing times may take up to 3 business days. • Shipping transit times begin after the order has been fulfilled. We work hard to keep most items in stock and ready to ship, but occasional supply chain or production delays may occur. If delays happen, we will communicate any extended wait times as clearly and promptly as possible.

Please rest assured that the quality of your product has not been compromised. If the ice packs in your package are no longer cold or feel warm upon arrival, this is completely normal—it simply means they have done their job protecting the items during transit. Our products can tolerate short periods of warmer temperatures without affecting quality. We recommend placing the product in the refrigerator upon arrival to return it to the ideal storage temperature. Product Storage & Shelf Life

6-8 months when refrigerated.

To maintain maximum potency and freshness, we recommend storing most products in the refrigerator. However, some items—such as Zen Vertical Spray—can be stored at room temperature if needed. While refrigeration helps preserve potency, storing certain products at room temperature is still safe, though potency may gradually decrease over time.

Our products do not have a strict expiration date. However, when stored properly in the refrigerator, they may gradually begin to lose potency after about 10–12 months. Each batch is freshly produced, so the effective shelf life generally begins once you receive the product. To help maintain optimal quality and potency, we recommend keeping the product refrigerated and properly sealed when not in use.

Because our products are formulated using high-quality natural extracts, you may occasionally notice slight differences in color, texture, aroma, or appearance from batch to batch. These natural variations are a normal result of working with plant-based and naturally derived ingredients. Please be assured that we follow strict quality control and manufacturing standards to ensure each batch meets our requirements for safety, consistency, and effectiveness. Product Usage Questions

Yes, the suppositories can be used orally, rectally, or vaginally, depending on your preference. However, Chelatox and NeuroPurge Bullets should not be taken orally. These products are intended to be used rectally for optimal use.

If you are finding it difficult to insert the bullet, you may cut the suppository in half before use. For best results: • Cut lengthwise if possible. This helps maintain a smoother shape for easier insertion and reduces the chance of crumbling. • Insert both halves right away. Suppositories soften quickly at body temperature, so handle them gently and insert promptly after cutting.

You can cut the bars using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors. If the bar feels too firm, letting it sit at room temperature for a few minutes can make cutting easier. For cleaner pieces, place the bar on a cutting board and cut slowly into the desired portions. You may divide the bar into equal sections and store the remaining pieces in a cool place until ready to use.

It’s normal for the bullets to feel slightly sticky in the case from time to time. If they are difficult to remove, try gently pressing from the bottom or lightly twisting the case to loosen them. If the stickiness becomes uncomfortable during handling or insertion, you can lightly coat the bullet with a small amount of sugar or stevia to help reduce the stickiness and make it easier to use.
