We are pleased to offer international shipping; however, please be aware of the following:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Clearance:
All international shipments must comply with the import regulations of the destination country. We are not responsible for delays, holds, or rejections by customs authorities.

Restricted-Destination Shipping Notice:
Before placing an order for delivery to Italy, Thailand, Spain, South Africa, Mexico, or India, customers must contact their local Customs authority directly to confirm that the products can be imported and to determine any applicable permits, documentation, duties, taxes, or restrictions.
The customer is responsible for complying with all local import requirements. MITOZEN cannot guarantee Customs clearance or reimbursement of charges imposed by local authorities.

Delays & Delivery Timeframes:
Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

Failed or Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or cannot be cleared through customs, it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply.

Product Restrictions:
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered items comply with local import regulations before placing an order.
- Free shipping over $300 applies to Mainland US only. Shipments to Hawaii incur a $45 flat fee.
