Breath Honey- Opens & Activates the Upper Respiratory System. Breath Honey as been used clinically by Dr John in his functional neurology practice with cooling essentail oils & honey. These essential oils can have an extreme cooling effect and clears and opens the airways. The cooling oils used in Breath Honey are specifically blended to promote a heightened sense of awareness and alertness with a stimulating effect and respiratory enhancement. This can be helpful breath work, yoga and meditation.

Root Zen- Chakra & Acupoint Activation. Root Zen is an essential oil that is designed to activate certain points in the body. The acupoint that is located on the perineium has been used clinically by Dr John in his functional neurology practice with essentail oils. These essential oils can activate the points and have an efffect to the brain. The cooling oils used in Root Zen are specifically blended to promote a heightened sense of awareness and alertness with a grounding effect. This can be helpful with ADD and ADHD to bring a calm yet improved focus.

Root Zen is also great to apply to the sides of your nose just above the entires in the crease. This acupoint when activated opens up the nasal airways very nicely. Use a dabbing motion with your finger and not a swiping motion.
