Phase 1 – NadMAX - Energy & NAD+ Loading (2–3 Days)

Purpose: Maximize cellular energy and prepare your system for fasting.

Instructions:

• Take Phase 1: 2 times daily:
• Once after your morning bowel movement
• Once later in the day

Phase 2 – Lucitol - Senolytic & Autophagy Phase (2–5 Days)

Purpose: Kickstart autophagy and clear senescent (“zombie”) cells for cellular cleanup.

Instructions:

• Take Phase 2: 1 bullet, 2 times daily

Phase 3 – StemTOR - Growth & Repair (2–3 Days)

Purpose: Stimulate cellular growth, repair, and regeneration through mTOR activation.

Instructions:

• Take Phase 3: 1 bullet, 2 times daily

During Phase Three, Perfect Aminos, and a diet rich in protein during this phase will activate mTOR, promoting cellular growth, repair, and regeneration.

• Take Phase Three twice daily, after your morning bowel movement and later in the day.
• Take Perfect Aminos four scoops per day (5 grams per scoop). Aim for 15–20 grams daily and complement this with increased dietary protein intake.

Microbiome “Swarming”

• Support cycles of probiotic growth by incorporating melatonin, especially after the senolytic and autophagy phase. Gut melatonin is significantly higher than brain melatonin, which can enhance the swarming effect of beneficial gut flora.
• Sandman or Ultra Liposomal Melatonin can be used at night. Sandman or the full-dose liposomal formula provides 200 mg of melatonin.
• Probiotics such as Mega Spore Biotic or ProbyoMax support microbiome diversity and butyrate production. Rotate probiotics and include a variety of fermented foods for best results.

Improving Cell Survival

• Once stem cells are released during this phase, provide a supportive environment for them to thrive.
• Supplements such as Fucoidan and CoQ-10 support circulating stem cells in their role of healing and regenerating tissues.
• StemZen can be taken once or twice daily for a week following Phase Two or longer if desired.

Additional Notes

• Each phase can be adjusted in length depending on your needs; for example, the fast can be extended or shortened.
• Fast Track can be done with or without fasting. During Phase Two, fasting windows of 10–24 hours may be used to maximize autophagy.
• Phase One can be used independently to load NAD+ and support mitochondria and cellular energy.
• Phase Two products can be taken during intermittent fasting to optimize senolytic and autophagy benefits.
• Phase Three products are ideally taken during higher-protein or “feast” days.

Microbiome Swarming

Cycles of probiotic growth periods synchronized with natural circadian rhythms. Activated mainly by gut melatonin, which is much higher than brain melatonin.

Autophagy

The body’s natural process of cleaning out damaged or dysfunctional cells. Promotes regeneration of newer, healthier cells. Activated through fasting and senolytic nutraceuticals.

Mitophagy

Senescent Cells

Senolytics

Nutraceuticals that selectively induce the death of senescent cells. Improve overall health, reduce inflammation, and promote longevity.

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)

A critical cofactor central to cellular metabolism. Levels decline with age. Supplementation supports mitochondrial function, cellular energy, and overall health.

Hormetic

Purpose: LUCITOL - Activate Senescence & Autophagy using senolytics such as PHASE 2 - Activate greater Autophagy to clear out senescent cells and dysfunctional mitochondria.

How to:

USING PHASE 2 PRODUCTS.

• 1 bullet 1- 2 times a day. 

Phase 3- Regeneration Phase - Day 7-9 

Purpose:  STEMTOR - To stimulate stem cells, growth and repair, and regeneration through mTOR!

How to:

USING PHASE 3 PRODUCTS.

• Using PHASE 3, Perfect Amino's, and a diet high in protein during this phase will activate mTOR!
• PHASE 3 - 1 bullet 2 x days. After morning bowel movement and later in the day. 
• Perfect Amino's 4 scoops per day. 5 grams per scoop. Best to take 15-20 grams a day during this phase as well as increase your dietary protein intake.

Phase 3 Options :

Activate MicroBiome “Swarming”  - Day 7-9 

Melatonin can be taken throughout this process and it might make sense to take large doses post-Senolytic and Autophagy Phase to improve the “swarming Effect” of the beneficial flora in your gut. 400x more gut melatonin than brain melatonin.

• Sandman or Ultra Liposomal: 5-10 ml at night or Sandman  1 before bed. Both are 200mg of melatonin at the full dose. 
• Mega Spore Biotic- a good spore-based probiotic we like. It's good to take a diverse probiotic and rotate them as well as eat a variety of fermented foods.
• ProboMax is a spore-based probiotic along with butyrate.

Improve Cell Survival - Day 7-14

Cell survival, once they are released, relies on them being provided a safe environment. Studies support both Fucoidan and CoQ-10 as supporting them once they are released into the circulation where they will work to heal and regenerate your body.

• StemZen- Take 1 - 1-2 times a day from day 7-14 (or even longer) this is for 1 week following your Phase 2.

Notes:  

• Each phase can be extended to 5 days such as 5/5/5 or shortened to 2/2/2.  
• Fast Track can be done with no fasting or an intermitted fast. For example, in Phase 2, you can do a 10-24hr fast. 
• Phase 1 can be pulsed 2-5 days per week independently to any fasting to load NAD+ to support mitochondria and cellular energy.
• The Phase 2 product can be taken together during intermittent fasting to maximize autophagy. 
• The Phase 3 product can be taken on feast days. 

Suggested Use:
