Apply a small amount of Root Zen to your fingertip, then gently dab it onto the desired acupoint. It may be used multiple times per day based on preference. Many people like using Root Zen when they want to feel more alert, grounded, or centered—such as before breathwork, yoga, workouts, or meditation.

Use care during application. Avoid placing the oil directly on the genitals or inside the anus. For an additional option, you can dab a small amount along the sides of your nose, just above the nostril crease. This point is traditionally associated with supporting a feeling of openness in the nasal area.

For best results, use a light dabbing motion rather than swiping.
