This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, quality control, shipping, and subscriptions for domestic (U.S., Puerto Rico, and Hawaii) and international orders. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

All sales are considered final once payment is completed. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing all product ingredients and usage instructions.
- Consulting a healthcare professional regarding potential interactions, contraindications, or health concerns.
Exceptions to final sale:
- Verified cases of incorrect or defective products.
- Verified quality control issues (see below).
In such cases, at our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise noted.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders (Including Puerto Rico & Hawaii)
- Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Include photos and your order number for verification.
- Verified cases will receive a replacement at no cost, including shipping fees.
- Damaged Items
- For items damaged during transit due to shipping conditions, temperature, or packaging issues, send photos within 7 days of receipt.
- Claims will be reviewed and may result in a carrier’s claim.
- Verified cases will receive a free replacement, including shipping.
- If a replacement is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued at our discretion.
- Adverse Reactions or Dissatisfaction
- Refunds are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction.
- Adverse reactions should be reported promptly. Each case is reviewed individually and may result in store credit, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
🌎 International Orders
Due to high shipping costs and customs restrictions:
- All international sales are final.
- Exchanges are not available
- Verified issues that occurred before leaving our facility may qualify for store credit, at our discretion.
- Damage or delays caused by shipping, customs, or heat exposure do not qualify for credit or replacement.
- Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes in their country.
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- In verified cases where a replacement is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued automatically.
⚠️International customers are advised to check local import restrictions before purchasing.

Shipping Conditions & Claims
- All orders are shipped via third-party carriers.
- Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot control transit times, delivery conditions, or customs delays.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments will be investigated, but refunds or credits will only be issued if damage is verified before dispatching.
Customer Address Responsibility
- Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Email confirmation is required for all orders; phone orders are documented.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delay or return, customers are responsible for any additional costs.
- We will assist with redirecting or replacing shipments,when possible, but cannot be held liable for errors due to customer-provided information.
🧪 Quality Control & Product Concerns
We maintain strict quality standards. If you believe your product is defective, damaged, or inconsistent:
- A quality control case will be opened and investigated.
- Customers may be asked to provide:
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Product lot number (required for investigation)
- Return of the product (we will provide a return label if applicable)
- Customers should discontinue use immediately if a quality concern arises.
- Depending on the findings, we may offer store credit, replacement, or refund.
- If the product is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued automatically.
- Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and proper resolution.
💳 Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
- By signing up for a subscription, you agree to receive recurring orders at the selected interval (e.g., monthly, quarterly) and authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
- Subscription orders cannot be refunded once processed, except for verified shipping errors or defective products.
- To cancel or modify a subscription, contact us at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle at [email protected]. Changes may not apply retroactively.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their subscription status and billing schedule.
⚠️All subscription terms, recurring charges, and cancellation procedures must be clearly communicated at the point of purchase, as required by U.S. and Florida law.
